Hi there!
I’m so glad you’re here.

Allow me to introduce myself…

Hi, I’m Shelbie Swinhoe 😁
My passion has always been to help people live a long and healthy life. I strive to educate my clients about the impact of nutrition on health and assure them that they are not alone on this journey. My experience in fitness, nutrition, mental health, and my personal weight loss journey has given me a deep understanding of the many challenges people face with weight-loss. I am prepared to be there for you at every step of the way until your health goals have been met.

For the past 2 years I have worked as a Nutrition and Health coach one-on-one with over 100 clients ranging from age 30-75 on their weight loss journey. During this time I’ve not only helped many of my clients successfully reach their weight loss goals, I helped them eliminate Blood Pressure medications, significantly lower Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, and showed them how to develop new eating habits for sustainable life-long weight loss.

My passion for health and fitness started 8 years ago when I started doing competitive powerlifting. After discovering my love for strength training, I quickly realized the importance of nutrition on health. This led to my involvement with various obesity, nutrition, and exercise health campaigns where I researched, surveyed, and interviewed individuals to show the negative effects diet and sedentary lifestyle has on health.

I earned my B.A. in Health Comm. with a Minor in Education from University of Houston where I learned how to effectively distribute and teach health information. My goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle so people can gain control of their health as well as develop and maintain habits that will keep them healthy for years to come.

Name a “quick weight loss hack” and I bet you I’ve tried it. From avoiding carbs, dairy, sugar, and fries (honestly all of the best things) for YEARS, to trying to run 3 miles the next morning in a sweat suit to make up for the night before…
I’ve definitely been there.. done that.
It’s time to stop restricting and learn how to incorporate ALL of the foods you love and still continue to lose weight while working with me to develop lean eating habits for life-long results.

Here is my personal before and after pictures where I developed healthy eating habits for sustainable long term weight loss.
It’s time to join the Lean Life club.
